Heart Rate

The heart rate is basically the number of times your heart beats per minute. You can feel your heart rate via pulse in your wrist, neck, groin, the heart it self, or the top of your foot. Most common people measure their heart rate through their wrist.


 What is the normal heart rate for you? The normal heart rate should be around 60 - 90 bpm. If your heart rate is over 90. You should go and see your physician. This condition is called Tachycardia ( Increased Heart Rate )

Target Heart Rate

To find out how to get the heart rate that you should be at take this for example

220. Lets say that you are 42 years old, take 220 for the target heart rate. Take 42 and subtract 42 from 220. That means that your heart should beat around 178 - 200 beats per minute.
